Character
The Swiss Mountain Single Malt Whisky "Ice Label" Edition 2022 "Aged 11 years" is matured for four years in the historic rock cellar of the Rugenbräu and then seven years in the eternal ice in an ice grotto on the Jungfraujoch. The 11-year-old whiskey is offered in a limited number of 966 bottles, bottled cask-strength and unfiltered.

Bright gold with shimmering amber reflections.
Body
Medium to full-bodied with a fruity finish and a soothing, discreet structure.
Nose
Fresh fruity notes of apricot, pears and raisins are rounded off with a typical sherry note. Intense but not intrusive. The interplay between wood, ripe fruit and grain is refined and testifies to a long maturity. Leather, tobacco and a special spiciness caress the nose and foretell an interesting palate.
Palate
The complex richness on the nose is confirmed on the palate, well-integrated flavors gradually unfold. The soft attack and the multilayered wood aromas alternate with fresh fruit notes, these in turn are supported by subtle smoky notes. The slightly salty minerality is rounded off by sweetly grapey sherry notes. This eleven-year-old Ice Label is characterized by full complexity and perfect maturity!
