Matured in the eternal ice of the Jungfraujoch at 3,454 m above sea level.
The Swiss Mountain Single Malt Whisky "Ice Label" Edition 2023 "Aged 10 years" is matured for four years in the historic rock cellar of the Rugenbräu and then for six years in the eternal ice in an ice grotto on the Jungfraujoch.
Nature
The 10-year-old whiskey is bottled in a limited number of 960 bottles, cask strength and unfiltered.

Strong full body, pleasantly concise, oily in texture.
Nase
Smell
The Ice Label forms a full nose of dried fruits and nuts and carries a slightly dry spicy note. Aromas of ripe grapes and raisins, coupled with a pleasant caramel note.
Geschmack
Taste
Full attack, mineral with long-lasting play of spice and sweetness at the same time. Slightly peppery notes, paired with a light licorice aroma. Subtle caramel, fruity aromas of Gewürztraminer as well as grapes of a late harvest play seductively on the tongue. A hint of forest honey rounds off the finish elegantly and persistently. Pleasantly long finish, reminiscent of fresh bread and dark malt.
