After training as a master brewer at the technical academy in Munich, I went to Japan to help build up a brewery there. Back in Europe I helped to found and build up two breweries in Switzerland. breweries. After that, I returned to my home country of Austria for 13 years and now I am in the Bernese Oberland.

The launch of the Hop Blossom for Swiss Beer Day on April 30, 2021, is drawing closer. I'm looking forward to it!
