The day is full, interesting and varied. In addition to my duties as Chairman of the Board of Directors with preparing and conducting meetings, customer visits and representation duties, I am also operationally active in our real estate company real estate company, where we manage our own properties.

After the 3-year commercial apprenticeship in a fiduciary office in the direction of accounting I continued my education in the real estate sector. I have the eidg. I have a federal certificate as a property manager and trustee. Every year I attend further education courses in this field.

Since June 2016, I have been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rugenbräu AG. I have taken over the office from my father Martin Hofweber. He held this position for 30 years. I have had the opportunity to get to know many new people, and I have had wonderful encounters with interesting conversations.
