Matured in the eternal ice of the Jungfraujoch at 3,454 m above sea level.
The 12-year-old whisky is available in a limited number of 980 bottles, bottled at cask strength and unfiltered. The Swiss Mountain Single Malt Whisky "Ice Label" Edition 2024 "Aged 12 years" is matured for four years in the historic rock cellar of the Rugenbräu and then for eight years in eternal ice in an ice grotto on the Jungfraujoch.
Nature
Intensely spicy whisky with a dry character and full-bodied texture.
Nachklang
Reverberation
Deep oak notes round off this "Ice Label" in a full-bodied way. The character of the whisky lingers on the tongue for a long time.
Nase
Smell
Notes of dark dried fruit such as raisins and figs dominate the aroma. Aromas of fine caramel, dates and spices are very pronounced. The bouquet is reminiscent of the scent of leather and cigar.

Complex aromas of roasted almonds and walnuts. The long finish leads into the taste of dark chocolate and tobacco. The spiciness remains long-lasting and is reminiscent of roasted malt and heather.
