The noble spirit distilled from fresh Bock beer.
To distil the noble spirit "Fleur de Bière", we use our specially brewed, bottom-fermented strong beer made from the finest barley malt and selected hops. The so-called bock beer has a higher original wort content of around 18%.

Pure nature and a fine aroma.
Nase
Smell
A combination of fruity-floral notes with cereals and malt. The complex impression on the nose is rounded off by slightly nutty and spicy aromas, which flatter the fresh, freshly hoppy character of the "Fleur de Bière".

The mild attack brings together the diverse aromas on the palate in a unique way. Soft, fruity notes develop, giving the Fleur de Bière a certain smoothness.
