The 15-year-old whisky is available in a limited edition of 950 bottles, bottled at cask strength and unfiltered. The Swiss Mountain Single Malt Whisky "Ice Label" Edition 2026 "Aged 15 years" is matured for four years in the historic rock cellar of the Rugenbräu and then for eleven years in the eternal ice of an ice grotto on the Jungfraujoch. Matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry casks at 3,454 m at a constant temperature of -4 °C. Unfiltered, uncolored.
Nature
Amber color with golden yellow highlights. Velvety and harmonious on the palate. Raisin and dried fruit aromas on the nose, accompanied by toffee, cocoa, and dark chocolate. Delicate wood notes and a hint of licorice ensure a long, warm finish. A balanced whiskey with depth and elegant sweetness.
